Oh my god, the little ghoul guy dodging the whip by lifting his head OVER IT!?!? I love this so much. I'm struggling to think of negatives. I guess the candle flame looks more like a solid object than a light source? Whatever, this is so cool that I don't care about that.
The style and animation are cool.
Too bad it wasn't possible on the NES.
alright this one takes the cake. The pokemon power plant was crazy enough, but here every little detail is perfect; cobblestones popping in and out of the walls, garish blues and oranges, the iconic "Castlevania" logo surrounded by bats and gargoyles, the forms, the animation... Wow
yeah, no way this would work on real NES but I like that it keeps the general vibe but with a modern style. It's beautifully done.
