Dude! This looks cool. The smidgen of dithering on the skin tone looks really nice (especially because it seems to have a kind of... directionality to it? which is emphasizing the planes of the face imo). And the colors. And the expression! Really clean pixeling.
Thanks! I apply my traditional art knowledge to this and it turned out great! I sometimes wory that Dithering wil be a crutch but it's the closest Pixel Art has to Color Blending I'm making it work!
