Very nice layout, but not your best. The 2 arrows on the parking entrance could be removed, as maloART says its not believable with 2 lanes. I do think you are capable of more details than this so I don't see any challenge. The ballon could be pink/red to balance the mall sign. The red on the mall is rather saturated for the rest. The umbrellas on the roof could look better in a balance colors, say green. The greens on the plants are quite saturated too.

I don't really know why the lower right garage of the mall is tinted green, but it's excellent otherwise.

Great one daporta ... I really like the fact that you use rounded buildings and a lot of nice effects ... Nevertheless, it seems that the shadows under the clows and people around him are missing ... Moreover, the iso characters seem a little too big according to the floors. The car would also have troubles going into the carpark...
