Good character, you managed to suggest lots of details with just a few colours and a few pixels. Didn't you forget to antialias the inside edge of the hood though?

That palette is awesome. I don't care much for the background, but the character is extremely well done. I find it a little odd how his farthest shoulder sticks out so much though.
