It's my boy Rincewind!
 
I like the ramps for the background and for Rincewind proper, particularly the occasional cluster of cyan mingling with the flesh tones. I also really like the heavy blocking of shadows on the wizzard, gives it that strong Silpheed-on-Sega CD sort of feel
