The grand tradition of dithered pics of pink-haired girls in their bedroom cannot really keep itself alive if we don't feed it, right?

I had made several dithered pieces already but this is the first time I make one following actual predefined restrictions. 

Photorealistic portrait within PC-98 specs: 16 colors, 12-bit RGB colordepth, less than 600x400 canvas size (512x384 in particular, derived from the photo reference dimensions, no reframing).

Started on 28 Nov 2022, finished on 29 Dec 2022, dunno how many hours, lots.

I had wanted to make a PC-98 piece for some time already, other dithered pics I made followed no actual restrictions and had a colorcount around 20.

Breathtaking! What an incredible use of dithering for both texture and shading!
And only using 16 colors!

The flowers were given a separate treatment, on a different layer independently from the shirt surface.

awesome work on everything, but the shirt in particular! I don't think I've seen fabric patterns done that well in pixels before
