Fair enough, we have different priorities :D The size would bug me more than a lack of variety.
While I generally would agree that it "could" need more tiles, I decided against it, because there will be more variants of this wheelchair and I rather have 4 variants at 4 tiles each, than 2 variants with 6-7 tiles each.
I think that wheelchair deserves a few more tiles - at 2x2, it's tiny compared to the character and door!
I hope you enjoy GBS! It's come a long way since I last used it, and it wad fun even back then.
