I like it very much as it is, however, this could be a TOP work with the outlines fixed.
Nice style, colors and scene. And I agree with eishiya as well.

I agree with eishiya about the broken outlines, but love this overall! Great composition and color work, really draws me into this world. Oh, and welcome to PJ!
I don't think the selective outlining works well here, since so much of it is juxtaposed against lighter colours like the red tunic and the bright sky. I think regular AA (or even no AA at all!) with no outlines would look much cleaner.
The lower-contrast parts of the image look quite good with the partial outlines though :D
