This is the first piece of pixel art I'm uploading here. It's also the first time I'm using dithering. It's not too complicated, but give me a break, I only started with Pixelart yesterday afternoon... I would appreciate it if you could either rate or comment on this! PS inspired by the great Lucasart game Day of the Tentacle, and a drawing I saw at a concert recently (don't ask...)

I'm un-approving this. There is so much you can improve upon if only you take the time to develop your piece by utilizing the forums and the WIP (Work in Progress) section.

I think dithering doesn't really go here - it's meant to soften and create a unique texture.. a tentacle, I'd imagine being shiny and slippery smooth.

Welcome to the world of pixel art, may I suggest to look up some tutorials we have here to help you with the basics?
