I wonder if its the boots looking too cartoony rather than the color is what stands out?

In my Personal Opinion I think both the boots and the mask need a few things changed. 

The boots due to their contrast and sturation being higher than all the rest. 
And the mask's features could be more defined. 

But in all, an excellent piece, and I would also love to see some animation for this.

The shoes seem too highly saturated compared to the rest of the body (particularly the upper body and skin tones). It is, however, an appealing sprite and nicely pixelled.

pretty cool but is that how the guys upper body should look? the colors are dull on his upperb ody ...but since this is a game mockup..idk what to say
