Used for the cover of Freeze 64 issue 10 back in 2017.

Drawn using Commodore 64 multicolour pixels and the C64 palette, but ignoring the colour restrictions per pixel block. 

I originally drew the TV, C64, Action Replay cartridge, and 1541-II floppy disk drive in the 1990s, using Zoomatic on the C64. This was my actual setup for a while back then.

I added the joystick, tape drive, and older issues of Freeze64 in 2017 for the magazine cover.

It certainly is an iconic sprite! Bruce Lee was used for the cover of issue 2: freeze64.com/freeze64-issue-2/

Thank you, Rewind! I never could afford a brand new floppy drive, but I bought some second hand ones over the years, first a 1541C in the late 80s and then a 1541-II in 1994 or so.

Seeing the competition pro joystick almost brings tears to my eyes.

Nice one!  and good use of the C64 palette
