government.agent-thanks for the pointers.. the two pieces are seperate (reason the light source isn't the same)..i just thought it would be better if i put them both in the same file :[

The ragdolls pixelling looks a bit over dithered or maybe it was distorted/interpolated when you turned it from the icon piece? Something doesn't look right there.

A pointer if I may?

If these are meant to go together, check the light source. It seems to come from upper right on "friend" but I don't get the same feeling on "ragdoll." Outline on "friend" is too black, especially where his arms meet his head.

Otherwise, creepy in a good way.

Cool characters. The "friend"'s shading could be smoother, because at the moment it looks a bit too dithered.
