ah... harsh crit? well, you need some drawing lessons (i'm not trying to be mean or funny..just real) gun looks weird, head looks weird, sword looks weird, whatever is hanging out his backside looks weird.. shading's not so bad..but something is just making me dislike this piece

The pallette is huge. The shading needs work also. Nice pose though.

Roareye is a bitch. I gave him some shading tips and he banned me. >:[Nice sprite. The head is kind of disformed. The Pallette is huge. The Shading could use work too.

It could benefit from a background or transperency, and a reduction in color count.I understand your reasoning for that many shades, but in pixel art it fails to accomplish the look of depth and instead causes a flat pillowy look.

It's the way I work with the colours. I base it on an old anime style, which means each colour has 4 shades, and then I decied to do the same again with each shade, admittedly some of the shades might be extremmly similar as to not make a differnece but originally I had inteneded for them not to be similar.Thanks for the comment on the jeans though, I think that took longest, I think.

hmm, looks like around 30 colors but it's a total of 121 - what for? there are like 10 'blacks' for the pistol; the shading is very pillow + very confusing

Colors on the face are nice, the "SV" is too distracting and uses NPA techniques, axe that.Keywords
