Been a while since I've submitted something to pixel art... but, I wanted whatever it was to be really good, so I worked on this for a while. I've worked on this dragon for about a month. (With some large lulls in time...) I think I might have done around 8 or 10 hours of work. He's got 10 colors too. (Honestly, it's probably 11 since I think some pure black snuck in.) I drew him, and then scanned him in.
C+C? I don't think that I'll actually change anything though to be honest. :P

It should've had some arms! You got talent, sweet!
Amazing, as usual, but I think that the tail should be a little bit longer, and maybe have somthing on the end of it, and you should move or take away the palette. otherwise 5/5
I'll think about changing what you mentioned, but I'm kinda reluctant to go back to this sprite. I think what I'd rather do is make another kind of dragon or something, and apply what you said to that. (Such as adding a background, which makes a lot of sence now that I think about, Bob Jones. :))
Emanu, you're not the only one that mentioned joints in the wings, but when Robert Oakes mentioned that, I was pretty far along, and didn't want to go back to change it. (Since I think I'd have to redraw a few things, and redo the wings almost completely because of that.)
And I'm not so good at anatomy yet, but I keep practicing. Eventually, I think I'll get it down a little better, sorry about that.
But thank you all very much! Your comments are very helpful!
I really can't figure anything out thats wrong with this, personally. I guess the left foot probably looks just a tad bit awkward, but this is still pretty damn good in my honest opinion.
you said you wanted C&C, so here you go... the two things that annoy me most are the feet and the vertebrae.
The feet: the one to my right is drawn flat on and doesnt seem to be standing on anything, rather just pointing straight out from the leg. I was going to complain about the shading on the other one, but as Im writing this I realise it might be that the dragon is supposed to be flying? my other peeve is how is skeleton seems to be non-functional and just bending in places, like the spine, tail and most of all the wings! some actual joints in the wings would make it way more believable.
but anyhow, good work. I love the palette, even if the actual color samples is placed in a annoying spot, as jalonso said. :)

Nice i like the line work and the palette as well as how you have implemented it. a couple of small problems: The cracks on the ribs dont look that nice to me, possibly because they look very similar to those on the random organ (heart, spleen, liver stomache) or because they arent large enough not to sure. Also the tube running from the organ thats severed looks off at the end. Slightly more lighting around the edge of the bottom could serve to make it look more like it was a hollow tube i think.
