MAn I love the spontaneous anature of the animation, I think transitions would ruin the dynamic feeling :D

Really, just set the BG to transparent, that's the only thing that keeps it from being great :D

well, since I had a limint on the frames, I had to make 2 framed animation, wich means, no transition. I went then to different timed still poses, extreme poses and anticipation frames. maybe I'll show the tile later... But yes, if I had the green light on the project, I would've done nicer transitions, I fully agree with you.
And about the background, I am dreadfully sorry, I didn't know how to put it as transparent. I'll need some technical feedback for the next time. I guess I'll have to ask mr. Crylar.
