A little pic inspired by the launch of a new Robin hood series here in the UK (Good acting, poor scripting, terribly non period costumes, just a tad too modernized!! oh hum!) , however this is nothing to do with the series itself, it just got me feeling all Sherwood foresty thats all. My version of Robin is more gritty, seen here unshaven and rough, he is in full crusade armour, minus a helmet, I know it looks a little like the armour hasn't seen much battle, I may correct that in a battle worn version later.

i love how he leans forward like real people do, im sick of seeing sprites with metal rods shoved up themselves :P

style + , shading + , color conservation + , sounds like a 6/6 to me :P

AA or other blending would be nice but this piece doesnt need them at all. The proportions also could be worked on a bit, and adding some depther by beigning the arm forwards, but still, nice work

Pretty good. I think the shading on the legs doesn't fit it because it seems to be shaded as if there was another light source. However, the costume looks great and the contrast seems just right to me.
