Yeah, the 'red glass' layer was done with photoshop...sorry :(

The grass and streets were part of the template made by pixeltastic.

Did you hand pixel the transparency or was it done in paint shop pro or something like that?  The dithereing on the grass looks a bit iffy comparatively but the rest is pretty good.
