There is something wrong with your file. It looks hand pixelled and quite good, but the whole image has 2502 colours. This is not acceptable even if we assume each of the 6 portrait having independent palette of around 400. I'm afraid I cannot accept it at this state. Maybe you could try some reduction? Take a look.
