The concept behind this piece is interesting, but it seems fairly poorly executed. The composition seems overly tight for a piece like this - if you're going for a closed composition piece, then don't have the elements of your piece all touching the edges - give her some space abover her head and below her feet, and don't have the edges of the coloured boxes flush with the edges of your canvas.
I'd also take a good hard look at your anatomy and shading. The way the arms bow outwards from the shoulder is very unnatural looking, both as a pose and for the general structure of the human arm. The head is extremely large for the body, though all your proportions seem exadgerated, I don't find that the exadgeration shows a basic understanding of anatomy - learn what the rules are before you start breaking them. The shading is very pillowy/non-existant. Pick a light source.
I'd suggest posting in the WIP forum and getting some addition C&C on this. It has potential to be a really interesting, artsy piece, but right now, it just looks like you tossed some coloured squares over a mediocre doll base. :(
