This looks totally unfinished. The shape of the ovals that make up the body and other elements are rough and inconsistent, and it looks like you started AA on the inside of the snowman and the just gave up. The double thick lines on the hat also look really rough.
I suggest you actually spend some time on refining this. The charm of the Lil Dudes series is the simplicity, and when you have a piece that is this simple, you need to take the time to perfect what is there, because it's impossible to overlook sloppiness like that.
