The shape/angle of her head looks a little off - I think it'd look better if it didn't skew so much to the left. Perhaps her hairdo should be set further back on her head by a couple pixels. But I think the colors are lovely and the background is really cute.
Very girly, lol. I think the pathway is distracting being so yellow since it gets blended with the sun rays. I also think the earing on the other ear is missing. At that length 1 or 2 pixels should show. Also because pressumably this will be over other things on a website you have left one stary white pixel on the edge of the rope border on the bottom right (best seen with dark theme).
