Darth Mandarb: Thanks for pointing it out! Those were the first few buildings that I pixeled in and it seems that I've forgotten to make them consistent with the rest when everything was done.

Excellent!I didn't notice it until zooming in on the image ... but there are two buildings on the lower left side of the image that have an extra color (looks black) on some of the outlines. It caught my eye (on zoom in only) and seemd "off" a little ... but that's just a teenie-tiny minor thing, the image is great!

Awesome piece. Extremely reminiscent of anime where you have a carefully painted background with cel-shaded characters animated on top of it (also reminiscent of anime in that it has cute characters in a really neat scene). Cool.

Pretty cool! I love the colors, all 9 of em. :PI can't think of anything that could make this any better, but for the sake of trying, dithering in the sky might have helped. But honestly, that's a mute point, the style of this is awesome.

Haha, this is great. There's one thing that stuck out to me, and that's the compositionally disadvantageous run of the two streets to the right. They seem to exactly connect with the rim of the basket, which makes the whole thing look a bit like a lasso :)Great atmosphere, great background, no technical critique really. Ever thought about trying a bichromatic colorscheme throughout the making? (you know, something like artificial light versus moon light)

Shaffa: Thanks! I started by laying down the highways which helps divide the land into smaller manageble pieces. Then I start pixeling in the buildings as I go along and made changes to them if they don't go along well. I would say it's more instinctively pixeled as I didn't really plan out where all the tiny building goes.
