My entry for this week's challenge (Elementaly My Dear Watson)

Salamander Holmes is using his pipe to summon a fire elemental. "Mullvad" is the Swedish word for mole, and that's what Dr. Mullvadsson is supposed to be, so the earth theme seemed like the obvious pick for him. He's riding a wave of dirt to get a better view of the situation (and some wormy snacks as an added bonus).

Who out there doesn't appreciate the humble mole? :) Kenneth Grahame's The Wind in the Willows - expertly illustrated by E. H. Shepard - remains one of my favourite books.
