Not that it is an acceptable excuse, but I think Frank’s proportions would be made clearer with a walk animation. Perhaps that is what I need to work on next?

I have to agree with Link.. Make his shoes pop out from under the cloak more, and give them more contrast compared to the robe :)

Whoa, slow down Mr. OldSkoolLink. It wasn't due to laziness, man. He has exaggerated proportions. He has legs and feet. They're small, and perhaps not well-defined, but they're there.
