Weekly Challenge: Ascend OR Descend

Yes, I felt a little nuts at some point, but I was past the point of no return and had to get it out of my system, haha. Umbohr dared people to make an ISO entry at the start of the challenge and I kind of regretted not doing that first so... I'm quite happy with how it turned out in the end too, so it feels like it was worth it!
The witch is just perfect as is her cauldron, and the starry night sky with a blood red moon and flying saucer - are they trying to find the crashed one from last week?
Love the complete scene, hope you find the time to add even more to it for the bonus challenge, I'd love to see what's down those stairs in the basement.

Love how your two sets of entries with two completely different perspectives seem connected by the same forest and flying saucers and giant tentacle aliens. In my headcanon, everything is happening simultaneously, in the same area, two panoramic views telling one big story :)
