It looks great. The only thing I would like you to do, is to remove all the smudgy, blurry effects on the dress and the hat. We do not use such techniques in traditional pixel art, because it adds unnecessary and uncontrollable amount of additional colours. As you can see in this inspection tool all the different "blacks" are used only for one pixel each.
To fix that you can either replace it with plain black only, or choose few different very dark colours and add shading using dithering, or any other legit pixel art technique. The thing you did with the blade is perfect, so you can try to adapt this technique of yours to all the clothing.
After that tiny correction I will gladly accept your first artwork in the gallery.
