It looks good except for the animation. At first I actually thought he was sticking his tongue out really fast, but then I realized it must be talking. I think this might be because of the black line of the mouth. Either outline all of it, or nothing at all. Also, when someone talk they usually do not only move their chin up and down. Try to make the mouth more oval when talking for some variation.

Pretty cool.  I would like to see this bigger.
