this has a very nice cel shading feel to it. the only thing i would like to see is the eye outlined not only because i think you missed the fact that there's actaully a head inside that exterior skull that acts like a hat or helmet or w/e but also because it will bring out the entire eye out more compared to the current state where only the pupil stands out
