@tbob: Aw thanks man, really appreciated. I think you inspired me into animation with your works! To be honest the lid popping off was a last minute thing, so i didn't put much thought into it. I think i've spent too much time on this though, so i don't think i'll change it now.
@ManningKrull: Oooh, good question. I actually usually don't do it, but for this i pixelled the lines and animated them first, then fixed up the animation before going onto colouring each frame (i'd colour the first frame first before i felt that was completely done). Then i just touched it up. Usually i would complete a sprite and then animate that afterwards. ^___^

Holy crap, this animation is amazing! I would love to know how you did that, like, if you animated it on paper with a series of sketches first, or if you just did it pixel by pixel, frame by frame. It's incredible either way. Faved.

Cool. While watching this on Pixelation, I was wondering if you would finish it, and make it your new avatar(seeing as how it's the season to scary). I think the animation is great, and kudos to what Sedge said about the lid popping up and down. Oh, and I just noticed that the stem changes angles while bouncing, which is a great detail in the animation if you ask me. If there's anything to crit about, I would just say to make the lid pop out a little bit higher when coming down. But thats just artistic preference, nothing too technical really. Awesome job, and great job with the shading...

I love the way the lid flips up and the lovely squish of the landing.  Great stuff.

Has an enourmous sense of weight, which makes it very realistic (altough it is cartoony). Top notch work!
