aaaaaah.... 35 million dollars? That is a lot in pirate gold! So... I like the knife, and the gold. The paper is pretty effective as well. I think it would help the picture to increase the contrast on the slime, and maybe to change up the hue & saturation as you go between shade and highlight. The highlight on the chest doesn't make sense unless the front of it is curved and the light is coming from our left (it shouldn't have such a dramatic highlight on just one edge).
