Wow, looks fantastic, when you zoom in.
My only complaint is the dirt road leading up to the hotel/saloon. It doesn't seem to align with the perspective of the rest of the piece and just makes everything look off. If you could make it a more regular rectangle with distortion it won't be a distraction. Otherwise a great piece.
My favorite is the horse, though when zoomed out, it looks like it's carrying a key in it's mouth. Even when you zoom in it looks quite off, because of the same colours being used.
Sorry for coming off as critical, but it's a great little piece and I feel these mistakes are very easy to fix. It reminds me of the efficiency of well done pixel art in the PC Engine/Turbografx16.
