Your picture doesn't cause any problems, don't worry! We just want to make sure you keep your palette organised so that there aren't any accidents.
 
We sometimes get uploads where the artist had worked with a small palette of colours, but for some reason or another, the image they upload to the website shows a much larger amount of colours than expected. Like a single picture or animation that means to use 16 colours, but the Image Specs Tool shows hundreds of colours. If that's the case then we ask the user to go back to their work and fix it to show the results they intended for.
 
In your case the image's extra colours are all transparent, so they don't actually appear and muddy things up for everyone who looks at it. It just doesn't seem like something you intended to happen with the image.

I honestly couldn't tell you what the problem was when image was uploaded.

Does This cause any problem with The website rules?

Do i have to delete it and upload it again?

This is a pretty good Morrigan sprite on the surface! I don't know what happened during the editing or exporting process, but the Image Specs Tool reports the sprite has over a hundred colours in the palette, the vast majority of which are transparent.
