Well, I'm pretty new to sprite art... anyways, here's an Ogre I did. Took around 20 minutes, and I used MS Paint and Photoshoppe.

Too dark and it uses too many colours.  IT looks quite dodgy.

Its nice but a little to dark in my opinion.
