This is really good! :D Gives me the same feeling as some Amiga or ST games of the 90s
(the clouds steal a lot of attention from the important bits tho.. maybe they are too high contrast or too fragmented)
I agree with Triangular, the clouds are too fragmented and separate from each other (which leaves a lot of space in between where the sky is visible), and their color is so dark compared to the sky that it creates a lot of contrast that distracts from the dragon. I would say consider making the clouds less separate/bigger (maybe a lighter color for the clouds/no shading would help as well?).
Aside from that, I love everything else: the zmey, the architecture, the towers in the background, the use of color.
