Ayo 73 ? wtf u can see with ur eyes there is 9 colors 5 of them are shading xD how do u count colors 

You've put down "9 colors" in the palette for your artwork, but the Image Specs Tool says the picture has 73 colours in total. It could be possible that your picture was intended to have 9 colours but during the export process that changed somehow. If you could replace the upload with a file that has 9 colours then it'll be approved by a moderator
