You've put down "11 colors" in the palette for your artwork, but the Image Specs Tool says the picture has 42 colours in total. It could be possible that your picture was intended to have 11 colours but during the export process that changed somehow. If you could replace the upload with a file that has 11 colours then it'll be approved by a moderator
