A PC-98 inspired pixel art of Yuki Nagato from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

I was listening to her theme and that gave me the inspiration to draw this piece in this manner.

I didn't have the PC-98 stuff in mind and it just came later upon limiting the palette; I picked desaturated, dull colors mostly to have this feel.
