Hello. We do not accept pre-zoomed pieces. Only 1:1 scale. But this is a requirement for a main artwork file, not the preview icon. If you wish to have an enlarged low res image as your avatar, put it in 1:1 as artwork, and upscalled as preview. The preview file is the one that will be used as your avatar.
