A mock-up of a Smiling Friends x Pokemon title screen, based on the second generation Game Boy era. I imagine that, instead of traditional battles, you use different techniques and tricks to make your opponent happy. 4 colors per sprite + I only used pre-existing colors from the Pokemon Gold trainers to keep the colors within the original style.
