Originally made for the "renEssence" weekly Challenge at the end of July 2024, with a limited palette which consisted of 12 colors selected by the participants from a provided pallete of 40. We had to copy a classic oil painting from before the 20th Century.

I chose Caravaggio's "Saint Jerome Writing", which I love. I consider Caravaggio to be the best painter in history.

Saddly, I never paid attention to the part where it said "to include a landscape" so I wasn't able to participate. Very proud of the result though.
