I worked with a palette provided for this collab, including the white outline. I use clip studio paint.

The dithering work very well here to give a scales texture. So it's a really good point. One thing you can do without redrawing your artwork is to experiment with palette enhancement. You could try to search for some better light and contrast. Also the white outlining doesn't work well for me.

What is the current software you are using ?
