same oc that a couple of my pieces show. i'll probably start drawing other characters soon to add a bit more vareity, but i like drawing her hair and lips, what can i say?

this piece is one that i'm somewhat unhappy with, so i wasn't going to submit it, but i got convinced to try anyway. the reason i'm unhappy with it is that i wanted her face to show more emotion, but it ended up coming out with a pretty neutral expression, maybe reading as slight concern. showing character emotions in my art is something i know i have to work more on.

the shirt also ended up not quite looking right, but i don't think anybody can tell that it didn't meet my intentions.

i do like how her hair came out, and how the holes in the fabric came out, so my feelings are not all negative.
