I've managed to get the colors down to 78, I feel like if I change anymore the image will lose the bright atmosphere that I want it to have

No worries, it happens! ^^/ You can edit the submission with the little pencil icon when you're ready and replace the file when ready!
If you saved over the original size, use a program to make it 128x100 and it'll be in the correct resolution (just make sure it's not blurry or any messed up pixels lol)

A couple things, tho: Remember to upload your main image in a 1:1 resolution (It should look like your preview image atm!) Also, you have a lot of colors in there that you might be able to condense-you have 193 atm-lots can be changed to just one color of black, off white, etc.
