Anatomy seems good and the posing has a cool vibe to it.
A couple of things: This isn't necessary, but you might want to try and slim down on your colors. Like using the same whites in the eyes as the socks and making sure to get rid of some of the single-color pixels you have. I've found that makes the animation process wayyyy easier so you're not mixing weird colors and things get out of hand.
Is the style you're going for rough? Will there be more polish? As it is, it's very rough and has some stray lines on the hair, which will be lost in the BG (depending on what you're using for backgrounds you may even want to try a dark outline, unless your BG will be dark, otherwise they will blend in)
Last note, the dark patch on the face seems out of place? Not saying it's BAD where it is, but I don't fully understand what it's meant to represent. A shadow? A marking on their face? If it's shading, you could probably get away with adding more to something like the hands to give depth to them so you can differentiate the fingers.
If you'd like to check the colors, check it out on here: https://www.linneart.com/pj/ I think it'd be helpful to slim down at least the whites and greys into one or two colors.
I hope this doesn't come off super nit-picky or mean, I think you have a really strong start here, just need some refinement to really get it there, you know? Great work, tho, keep it up, looking forward to seeing more!
