Ive been studying the pixel art basics for a few weeks now and this is my first high effort piece im still just a noob and any constructive critisism is appreciated. the character depicted is my persona.

The ciggar could make the sillouhete look like it's a sort of bird and not a person smoking but i really like the color use and the design!
Looks pretty good! Use of the palette is also pretty good (Tho your submissions says 14 colors, there's 15 in this image )
The main thing I can see from this is that the cigar looks real lumpy on the bottom, you could use a few more lines to make it a little more smooth. The light source is also lightly confusing for me, on the nose and hat it's coming from top right but then the face and chin are lit a little differently. There's jaggies in here, but you've used them in a way that makes them work, which is great!
