I do feel there are some jaggies here and there so it might be kinda rough but your anime girls are really good always

Honestly, just darkening the color helps so much. They stand out from the skin tone and look more like gold. Highlights def not necessary, tho if you have the colors or the need, they can make a difference! Keep it up ♥

wow, great feedback all around. nice catch in particular about the unshaded parts, i totally failed to notice them. i tweaked the color of the golden dots on the cowl too, but am not sure about a highlight, i think you're probably right that it would help but i'd rather not change too much to what is in my mind a finished piece. i'll keep it in mind next time i draw something like that though.

This one came out pretty good, imo! I don't think it's bad without the AA, it still stands on it's own VERY well. Her face came out good, her hands and the perspective also look really good.
