a friend of mine asked me to draw a picture of two girls making out, and this is that very picture. while it's not strictly NSFW, it's still somehow one of the filthiest things i've drawn so far (i'm not sure if i'm kidding ).

this was a really fun piece to draw, it was challenging to make both of them fit, and interact believably, and it's been a while since i drew a person from the side like this. i think i'll do more pictures with more than one character, although perhaps not right away.

i was going to AA this one, but then some of my other pieces got complemented for their lack of AA (and fitting in less than 32 colors, which was a constraint the complementer found valuable), so I decided not to. i need to break the AA-less streak though, so i'll try harder to motivate myself to do it next time. and along those lines, hopefully my next drawing is at least a bit more chaste too, gotta keep my reputation as an upstanding pixel artist, after all.

anyway, there are a few bits i'm unhappy with. i think the left (tan) girl's right arm/hand looks a bit unrealistic, specifically her wrist. i probably should have moved the arm forward a bit more, but by the time i realized this it would have been a very involved change (well, maybe. but also maybe i'm just lazy). i think the shading on the hair of both girls leaves a little to be desired, although the highlights/rim lighting ended up saving them. for that matter, think the lighting/shading overall isn't exactly my finest work, it's a bit all over the place and not exactly physically plausible. still, i don't think these are things other people will be too distracted by. hopefully.
