Nicely done with the contrast between sprites and background work
It's a really fun looking piece, puts me in mind of an early Irem production like Undercover Cops or In The Hunt. There are dozens of light/medium greys used here that feel like they could all just be merged together into a couple colours and that wouldn't kill the picture to have.
