Thank you Duke! To create this I first do a perspective line and place two points on it and one point very below the line. When I like their positions I start making boxes, that would later become the buildings with details.When I was starting I was reference heavy, but down the line you start seeing the buildings in your mind. Do a perspective line, put two perspective points on it and put your perspective very down, very below the canvas. Then start connecting.
