No, there isn't a limit to colours allowed... but can you seriously tell me you chose all those 389 individual colours yourself and placed them by hand? Especially since it's more than the gif limit of 256, i just can't believe you, sorry dude. If i were you i'd let this go and keep up the pixelling.

And just for future reference, this could probably be done quite easily with a 16 colour palette. ;]

389 colours. I'd think it was physically impossible to accidentally overdetail something and add that many colours. Sent back unless you can strongly prove you pixelled this by hand, sorry but it's the rules and this is my judgement.

If you did indeed pixel it yourself, then you've used far too many colors, and you should learn to make etter usage of color conservation.  But judging by, as skull said, the sheer amount, as well as the specific colors used, I'd say that, no, you did not pixel that part by hand.  If so, I'd like a reference

No offence, but by looking at the sheer amount of colours in there, I'd say that small image isn't done by yourself. - more so resized.
Bar that, you've got some nice AA in there.

Your perspective seems a bit off, it looks like its straight on view yet you can see art of the left and top of the nano
